My name is Helen Li.
ECE Lecturer, Tutor & Career Coach
With over 11 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about guiding the next generation of educators and teachers to achieve their professional goals. My journey spans roles from Assistant Educator to Room Leader, Nominated Supervisor, and now ECE Lecturer and Tutor, giving me a deep understanding of the field at every level.
I hold a Master of Early Childhood Education (Monash University) and a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development (RMIT University). This strong academic foundation allows me to combine evidence-based teaching practices with practical industry experience. It also fuels my commitment to mentoring ECE graduates, helping them translate their knowledge into successful, fulfilling careers.

To maintain the integrity and focus of our coaching services, I adhere to the following client eligibility criteria:

Current Enrolled Students: I do not accept clients who are currently enrolled in higher education programs that I am teaching. This policy ensures that my coaching services remain impartial and free from any conflicts of interest.

If you are a currently enrolled student, you must wait until you have completed your course and provide your course completion letter before joining my career coaching services.
*Services are independent and not affiliated with any institutions, clearly separating my private work from my academic role.
